New Haven, CT

Place: Aladdin
Meal: Lamb, Shwarma & Taboulli

After the show Loui's was closed so Grant and I head to Aladdin. Aladdin is a small and ridiculously overprice. That being said this was my second favorite meal of the trip next to Rudy's.

New Haven, CT

Place: Loui's Lunch
Meal: Hamburger

Just the idea of the band taking me to places like this is really amazing. Loui's is the birthplace of the modern hamburger.I forgot to ask for a rare burger, but I'm sure we'll be back. It was a very traditional no frills burger.

Meridan, CT

Place: World Famous Ted's Steamed Burgers
Meal: Cheeseburger

I was extremely excited to go to Ted's. While the meat wasn't everything I thought it would be, the high quality mozzarella cheese was really good.

Columbia, MO

Place: Buckingham's Smokehouse BBQ
Meal: Chicken & Brisket

Being on a BBQ high after Rudy's, we found Buckingham's the next day. This place was absolutely terrible. All the food on my plate tasted like saw dust.

Albuquerque, NM

Place: Rudy's BBQ
Meal: Brisket

Tied for best meal of the trip with Aladdin. I can not get enough of Rudy's and I don't think we'll ever pass it when we're in New Mexico. We we're lucky enough to get to go twice, the second time being even better than the first.

Here is a shot of the stellar menu. The Brisket was my favorite.

Newport Beach

Place: Cheesecake Factory
Meal: Cajun Rib Eye

Kind of blurry, but you get the idea. After a night of roaming around the Ma and I decided to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. It wasn't the best steak I've ever had, but all around it was pretty good.
